Step 2: After download run the Fix tool-

  1. On your operating system download the fix tool.
  2. When it is downloaded, right-click on the Screen_Fix.exe file and select Run as administrator.
  3. Accept the user license agreement.
  4. Select “Yes” or “continue” and restart your system in a normal mode.

Step 3: Turn on your system in Normal mode-

  1. Close all the running window.
  2. Open the Run dialog box and enter “msconfig” and hit the enter key.
  3. Uncheck the box beside safe boot and press ok.
  4. Now, restart your system and when it turns on your system isn’t in safe mode.

Steps 4: Run Norton Remove and Reinstall tool-

  1. On your system download the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.
  2. Press Ctrl + J key to open the recently downloaded files.
  3. Click twice on NRnR icon and go through the license agreement and select Agree checkbox.
  4. Tap on Remove & Reinstall option. However, you may see the Remove option if you have purchased your product from a service provider.
  5. Now click on Continue or Remove and when prompted click on Restart Now.
