How To Update And Manage Norton Subscription?

If you want to update your billing information, email address, account password or any other settings, you can do it simply right from your Norton Account. You can also change your preferences for Automatic renewal Service and can turn it on or off anytime you want. By turning on Automatic Renewal Service you can choose to renew your subscription automatically. Now use the steps below update your Norton Account settings.


  1. Visit Norton Sign-in page and then enter your account credentials in the labeled field.
  2. Now click on any information that you want to change and then type your new details under Billing Information.
  3. Select Save to make the changes and an Update Successful message will display.

To manage your Norton Automatic Renewal Service and subscription settings, follow the steps given below:


  1. First of all, sign in to your Norton Account.
  2. Now in the My Subscription section, turn the slider to on next to your Norton product name.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts and then fill in your billing details to enable automatic Renewal service.
  4. In order to change your email address registered with your Norton Account, first sign in to your Norton Account.
  5. Go to the Personal Information section and then click on the icon next to your email address in the Email and Password tab.
  6. Enter your Norton account password and then enter the new email address you want to register under Update Email page.
  7. As you will make the changes, you’ll see an Update Successful. Furthermore, you’ll receive an email for the confirmation of changes made.
  8. To change your password, go to the Personal Information page.
  9. Select the edit icon next to the password under Email and Password.
  10. Enter your current password in the labeled field on the Change Password page.
  11. Click on Change Password and then select Ok to make the changes.
